Poder Coating Line
This production line is made up of six parts: petreatment system, powder spray room, color change system, conveying system, curing drying system, electrical system. It widely used in powder spray coating for workpiece.
Manufacturing Technique
Immersion Type Pretreatment System
Suitable for the surface complex, rusting workpiece degreasing, film groove set trachea, room temperature to 200℃ can be arbitrary adjustment. Including washing, degreasing, pickling and phosphating.
Spray Type Pretreatment System
Suitable for the not very big workpiece, can be conveyor by chain. Including water washing, degreasing, pickling and phoosphating. All the liquids can be recycled.
Tunnel Curing Oven
Hanna hot air circulation oven furnace has good heat preservation, uniform temperature in the oven furnace and less heat loss. After testing, the temperature difference in the furnace is less than ± 3°C, reaching the performance index of the similar products of the advanced countries.
Bridge Curing Oven
The bridge type curing oven is set up. The bridge oven has a good thermal insulation effect because the hot air is on a high level and will not convection with the cold air outside the oven. It will save fuel costs.
Powder Spraying Booth
