 Cross roller bearing is a special type bearing with inner ring division and outer ring rotation. Because the inner ring or outer ring is segmented and fixed together with the cross roller ring after the roller and spacer retainer are installed to prevent separation from each other, it is easy to install the cross roller ring. Because of the cross arrangement of rollers, only one set of cross roller ring can bear the load in all directions. Compared with the traditional model, the rigidity is increased by 3-4 times. At the same time, because the inner or outer rings of cross roller bearings are two-segmented structure, bearing clearance can be adjusted, even if preloaded, high-precision rotary motion can be achieved. Moreover, because of its special structure, industrial robots are commonly used as joint bearings.
