Apart from common mold products, we are investing on new molds every year, among which are some quite cutting-edge designs that have been proved popular on the market. Our main products are all kinds of plastic bottles, while our product range covers tubes made of PE and ABL, jars and travel sets, too. Q3: Is There a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Requirement?
We are excited to announce that we’ve recently launched a new policy to support small businesses and new projects, so 1k is okay for most of the bottles now(plain bottles, screen printing, and labeling are all accepted) while other times it would be 3k. However, customizing the bottle color needs 5k and pump or cap color needs 10k; hot stamping and matte finishing on the bottle needs 5k; engraving needs 10k. Please feel free contact us for further detail.
Q4: Can I Get Samples Before I Place an Order? How Long Can I Get Them?
Absolutely yes. We’ve been offering FREE SAMPLES throughout these years and people loved it! But please be aware that there might be some sampling cost if too many samples are requested at one time. Also, please leave us your shipping info for freight checking. It would be great if you have your own freight collection account. Samples usually get ready within a week, and then 5-7 working days to arrive at your place.
Q5: What Is Your Lead Time for My Products?
Generally speaking, 7 working days for stock items; 20-25 day for mass production, but it might be longer if there are multiple decorations. Please contact us with your customization scheme for confirmation.
Q6: How Does Your Quality Control Work?
Apart from all the certificates, we always run 100% on-site inspection before shipping. QC teams are welcomed, too. In addition, samples can be provided for testing at anytime.
Q7: What’s the Shipping Methods Available?
For small quantity, air express is usually the way to go. But when quantity reaches certain levels, sea shipping is always more economic. But often times it’s up to you, based on both their budget and schedule.
Q8: If There’s Any Quality Problem, What Should I Do?
Please do 100% inspection after goods’ arrival. Any breakage or defect found, please take photos of the products from the original cartons and report to us within 7 working days after arrival. After that, compensation plan will be initiated, which would be either the refund of a certain amount or sending more of this item along with next order.
**Please note that ≤2% breakage for the glass is in tolerance
