Operation guide
1, access to 2.5 square four-phase cable, (must be grounded) to have a stable 380V access to the power supply.
2. Before starting up, carefully check whether the contact wire head of each electrical appliance is firm and whether the wire head falls out.

4. Carefully check whether there is any foreign matter in the hopper to prevent the stirring blade from being stuck.It is better to rotate the stirring shaft by hand before starting up in the case of power failure. In cold weather, proper amount of silicone oil can be added to lubricate the stirring shaft first.
5, before loading materials, be sure to be fully stirred in the outside, into the hopper, further stirring, stirring materials in the hopper before closing the discharge valve, open the back filling valve, stirring evenly before opening the discharge valve, close the return valve.
6. After the putty spraying machine is properly arranged, open the lifting plate:
(1) start the main switch.
(2) start the air compressor switch, see the air compressor wheel rotation direction is consistent with the arrow.
(3) start frequency converter: press Run to observe whether the index is 00:00 and then rotate the control button. Adjust the speed according to the situation to a certain speed. Press STOP when STOP and then adjust the control button to the starting position.
(4) after the completion of work with water rinse the body, clean the pipeline system.Remember not to rush to the circuit system and motor.
