(III) General Instruction

1, Spraying system:

1),etching size and striping size will use jet which can be easily disasssembled (conical jet, or fan-shaped jet) , and convenient to be maintained.  

2),Small PVC will be used for water cleaning (fan-shaped jet).

2,Filter system:

Multi-filter system will be used for each spray processing on a purpose of protecting the pump and the spray device. For maintain service, we select the repeated-use PP filer screen for the machine sue to it is longer using and easier cleaning.  

3,Driving and surveying system:

1),frequency conversion and gear transmission motor, imported material PVDF gear, strength, wear-proof, corrosion resistance and transmission uniformity.

2),acid and alkali -resisting rubber surveying axel, smooth surface makes the operation surface surveys steadily and without scratching.  

3),the insert frame with 50-central distance for the whole production line.

4),for ensuring hard-wearing, the outer and inside cover of the main driving axel

will be used, selected material: PVDF is for inside cover, and UPVC is for the

outer cover.  

5),control system: uses the normal button to control the machine, the high quality and longer service life.

6),water tank is inclined-shape bottom, it is easily clean-up and without any wasted liquid inside of the tank.

7),the top of the machine is safe and with nice-looking appearance.  

8),the electromagnetic valve and independent manual switch will b equipped for the water clean system, the automatic controlling jet can adjust water consumption .

9),ventilation pipe is used for the top of the machine, the independent ventilation on each of the chemical liquid processing. The protection cover of the ventilation pipe on the top of the machine is nice-looking appearance design.  

10),imported pressure meter and pipes makes the pressure more accurate and reliable.
