2. Test Procedure

Test Procedure(Strip)

(1) Immerse the strip in the urine for at least 5 seconds.

(2) Lay the strip flat.

(3) Read result within 5 minutes

Test Procedure(Cassette)

(1) Collect urine specimen.

(2) Dispense 3 drops into the sample well.

(3) Lay the Cassette flat.

(4) Read result within 5 minutes

Test Procedure(Midstream)

(1) Remove the cap of the Midstream to expose the absorbent tip.

(2) Urinate on the absorbent tip directly till it is thoroughly wet at least 5 seconds.

(3) Lay the midstream on a flat surface with window on top.

(4) Read result at 3-8 minutes

3. Interpretation of Results

(1) Negative: Only one color band appears on the control region, or the test band appears but is lighter than the control band. This means there is no LH surge.

(2) Positive: If two color bands are visible, and the test band is equal to or darker than the control band, one will probably ovulate in the next 24-48 hours.

(3) Invalid: No visible band at all. Repeat with a new test kit.
