Machine Details
CO2 laser tube
CO2 laser tube power available: 60w, 80w, 100w, 130w, 150w, 180w.
60w, 80w, 100w are able to do both good engraving and cutting. 130W and above are for cutting. Stronger laser power cuts thicker.
Front operation panel
DSP control, LCD display, cutting file and route is showing on the display. Laser output power and working speed can be set on this panel (and in machine software as well).
Emergency stop button.
Ampere meter for better observation of laser tube and laser power supply working condition.
Water cooling system
water pump / water chillers
S&A brand water chillers, best in china, it is used to cool the laser tube. Different chiller models are available for different wattage laser tubes: CW-3000, 5000, 5200, etc.
Laser power supply
supplying stable power for laser tube.
Machine worktable: blade table
anodized aluminum blade table is suitable for hard sheet materials, such as acrylic, wood, MDF, etc.
Alternative worktable: Honeycomb table
Honeycomb worktable is for soft materials such as cloth, fabric, leather, etc.
Electric and controller cabinet
RDC6442S DSP offline controller, designs/files can be transferred by the controller cable (blue cable) or by USB flash as well.
All wires are labeled with numbers, convenient for checking and maintenance.
Laser head

Air pump
(1) Pushes fumes away from the optical lens to protects the it from contaminants which could damage the lens.
(2) Blows air to the material, removes heat and cools the material, protect your material or product from burning or heat, to get better engraving cutting effect.
Exhaust fan / extractor
Removes smoke and dust caused during engraving and cutting. The pipe is 10-meter long.
Tool box
Machine power cable, controller cable, spanners, lens cleanning paper, laser software, ruler, keys, glasses, bolts, spare limit switches, etc.
OPTIONAL FUNCTIONS
1. Motorized up-down table.
With this function, the machine table can be lifted in Z direction (up-and-down) to get more working space. It is necessary if you use rotary or engrave/cut items thicker/higher than 50mm.
2. Rotary (2 types)
It is used to hold and rotate cylindrical items during engraving and cutting, such as wine bottles, glasses, mugs, pipes, etc.
3. Red dot
Laser is invisible. Red dot shows the laser position on material, for better locating.
4. Auto focusing
Auto focusing has to work together with motorized up-down table. The machine adjusts the focal length automatically before engraving and cutting, which replaces manual focusing, improving working efficiency.

Warranty
2-YEAR WARRANTY, LIFETIME MAINTENANCE
1. Two-year warranty for the machine, except for consumables.
2. Laser tube warranty:
- CO2 40W, 50W, 60W tubes: 3 months;
- CO2 80W tube: 6 months;
- CO2 100W, 130W, 150W, 180W tubes: 8 months;
- CO2 280W, 300W tubes: 12 months.
3. Optical lens and mirrors are not within warranty scope.
Customer and machine management system
Every machine is labeled and has its Serial No.
The machine data and information all are recorded in company system for lifetime. If there would be any problem with your machine even after 5 or 10 years, even the sales contacting with you left LaserMen, it is still easy to track the machine details and provide fast solution.
