2)Other packaing: according to you design.

Shipping:

Shipping time: It will takes about 8-10days if by sea, It will takes about 5-7days if by air
,By DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,It will takes about 4-6 working days except festival and holiday

1.If the quantity of order is not very big, we will send them to you by express delivery, such as TNT,DHL,UPS or EMS etc.

2.If order is big, we will advise you use Air Freight or Sea Freight. It through your pointed forwarders freight. FOB port is Ningbo or Shanghai.

3.If you don't have your specified forwarders freight, we can find the cheapest forwarders freight to ship the goods to your point port. 

4.The balance payment should be paid before delivery to you.

    The discount is up to your order quantity. Small order will have higher price. Your rolling order can    help you get a bigger discount.

     Delivery time, material and Graft will influence the price.

 1). How do you control the quality?

      Our factory has ten years experiences product manufacture. And all our workers are 10-20 years experiences in plush toys. 

    We check the finish product one by one, make sure the quality is good.

 2). How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?

    Tell us how many pcs bad goods, sending us the photos, we will refund 2-10 times cost o remake the goods for you.

3. About the MOQ:

 1). What is your MOQ?

    To our old customers, there is no MOQ. 10 PCS, 100 PCS… IS OK.

     If you are a professional purchaser or specialize, we can do very small quantity for you. 500  pcs or 1000 pcs. We hope there will be a bigger one after that. Then there will not be MOQ to you.

4. About the delivery Time:

 1). Usually, it is 7-15 work days according to your quantity.

 2). Your urgent order is acceptable, 10-30 days is ok. But you may pay more money.
