This JT-ADC-420 Maxmimum Speed 180 Cuts Per Minute Flat Bed Die Cutting Machine For Label adopts accurate flatten die-cutting system, computerized material feeding, two lateral registration sensors and one longitudinal registration sensor, ensures high die-cutting accuracy. It is suitable for die cutting of adhesive paper, Dacron label and laser hologram mark. |
Die cutting, waste rewinding & finished-material rewinding are finished in one process. |
PLC and touch screen control, all the parameters can be preset on touch screen, such as die-cutting speed, die-cutting length, servo motor speed etc. Once preset, the record stored. |
This is ideal auxiliary equipment for flexor printing machine, silk screen printing machine, rotogravure printing machine and hologram mark printing machine. |
The machine uses automatically cycling oil-supply system to ensure stable pressure and service life of the machine. |
High precision, web path controlled by servo motor. |
Punching, lamination or hot stamping system can be customized as optional part. |

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment, we usually offer FOB Ningbo price. We also accept other way like L/C, Western Union, and do CFR & CIF etc.
2. Does it easy to operate and what can I do if it doesn't work?
First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man, what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper, start the machine and cutting the paper. And we will sent you manual and video, we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself, and if there is something goes wrong, you can call us, video-chat, Email us. And we will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
3. If the machine's spare parts broken, where can I get?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable, and some critical parts like gear box, our quality is good, in case it is broken within one year, we will sent you for free.
