The whole crystal chandelier adopts high-quality stainless steel lines to form a free and ordered three-dimensional structure. It uses a crystal glass pendant, and an LED luminous body is hidden above each crystal. When the lamp is turned on, it will be dazzled by the refraction of light.

A: The standard product does not contain a bulb.  If you have special requirements, the product can be equipped with a light bulb.

A: Both tradition and LED.

Q3. Are you factory?

A: Yes, we are factory. We have our own moulding and producing workshops, including resin workshop, hardware workshop, lamp shade workshop and wood workshop. All things are controled by ourselves.

Q4. Do you accept sample order?

A: Yes, we accepet sample order. We understand that many clients need to get sample for quality check.

Q5. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A: Yes, 2pc for sample checking is available.

Q6. How long will it take for normal order?

A: 15-30 days upon deposite payment.

Q7. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.

A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q9. How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be lessthan 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. Fordefective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
