DLY series electromagnetic clutch is a toothed electromagnetic clutch with sliding rings. It is mainly used in mechanical transmission system. It can realize the combination of the driven part and the active part when the relative speed of the main and driven parts is low or zero, so as to achieve the purpose of starting and stopping commutation and positioning. The clutch can work reliably under the following conditions:

1. The ambient air temperature is 5 ℃+40 ℃.

2. There is no gas or conductive dust that corrodes metals and destroys insulation in a medium without explosion risk.

3. Clutch must work under the condition of lubricating oil.

4. Voltage fluctuation of clutch coil does not exceed rated voltage of + 5% and - 15%.

5. The clutch installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters above sea level.

Use and working conditions:

DLY0 series The jaw-type electromagnetic clutch is a working clutch that transmits torque through a face tooth engagement and a single slip ring. It has the characteristics of small volume, no friction and heat generation, no no-load torque. Suitable for both dry work and wet work. The clutch can only be combined with a low speed and combined with a static or relative rotational speed of zero.
