Working Process of Solid Liquid Separator

1.The original slag liquid is lifted and sent to the solid-liquid separator by screw pump, and the slag liquid to be treated is uniformly distributed to the stainless steel inclined screen surface through overflow, because the screen surface gap is small, smooth, and the back gap is large, drainage smoothly, not easy to block;

2.The filtered liquid flows out from the gap of the sieve plate and is discharged from the drain pipe. At the same time, under the oblique action, the solid matter is pushed to the screw shaft in the sieve mesh, and the solid matter is separated by pressing, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation effect.
