1) Shipping and delivery details for mass production as follows,
- Shipping term: FOB, CFR, or CIF as customer need.

- Loading Port: Ningbo or Shanghai by sea or by air, If any other loading port please kindly advise and the extra inland transportation freight will be added accordingly. Do hope understand.

- samples preparation: within 1-15 working days as per store availability

- samples charge: normally within 3pcs for free and more quantity will be suppied with charge but will refund after receiving firm order with mass production.

- samples delivery: normally sent by below international express with customer advised express account No.
DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS and EMS

PLEASE NOTE: if not and freight charge prepayment need we will charge it before delivery hope understand. and it will be refunded after receiving firm order with mass production,

♦ Payment Terms:

1) 30% by TT as deposit before production and the balance by TT before shipment.

2) 30% by TT as deposit before production and the balance by TT against B/L copy.

3) 100% by T/T in advanced with total amount is under $3000.

Q:if it is acceptable for sample order with small quantity?
A: Yes, sample order can ensure you understand our products clearly and avoid any
mistake for product itself.

Q:If sample fee can be free or refundable?
A: Yes, normally we supply sample free of charge with certain quantity, except for some
special high cost products. Sample fee will be refunded after receiving firm order with
total amount is more than USD20,000. That is to say, reduce from total amount.

Q: Can you supply us with special packing as we need and how about its cost?
A:Yes, we can. please tell us your packing requirements and if you have fixed version
please show us. We will charge related packing fee and please believe it will be
acceptable to you. If our standard packing you can accept it will be much better.
