SLA（stereolithography）printing
SLA printing uses an UV laser to precisely cure photopolymer cross-sections, transforming them from liquid to solid. Parts are
built directly from CAD data, layer-by-layer into prototypes, investment casting patterns, tools,and end-use parts. Once the SLA
printing process is complete, SLA parts are cleaned in a solvent solution to remove any residual uncured resin from the part
surface. Cleaned parts are then cured in a UV oven.

5. What is the shelf life of your resins?
The resin guarantee time is 1 year. It is suggested to store the resin in the workshop where the machine runs.
The resin in the machine tank always need to be full, and we need to keep the temperature and humidity of the workshop ( Humidity: < 40%; Temperature: 22℃ to 25℃). As long you keep the temperature and humidity, and use the machine regularly (new resin added gets the initial resin renewed), there’s no need to worry about the shelf time of resin in the machine.

With rich experience in machine using and testing, Kings 3D has developed stable parameters with different kinds of resin.
7. How long should I have to change the material in the resin tank/vat?
As long as the SLA 3D printer keep running, the resin in the vat can be recycled. What you need to do is to add resin to keep its working level.

Yes, of course. You could send us a 3d file for sample testing.

And our team is continuously updating the software, and all future software updating will be free of charge.
