Luobinsen was established in 2008, headquartered in Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone, established a branch in Guizhou in 2018.

Luobinsen signed a strategic cooperation agreement with KAMAZ Group in Russia, won the bid for Moscow bus project.

The company’s products ranked first in sales of Zhongtong Bus Factory, and ranked second in sales of Yutong Bus Factory.

The company had applied for a total of 26 national patents and was identified as a national high-tech enterprise in Dalian.

150kW high power rack-type charger product was put into operation at Hong Kong Kowloon Bus Charging Station.

Six sets of 450kW high-power 10-minute fast charging products in Chongqing. For now, they have been running successfully for eight years.

Became the partner of Yutong Bus. China's 450kW high power 10-minute fast-charging product was put into operation at Hu-zhou Power Supply Bureau.
