Main application and performances:

It is widely used for quilting high - quality mattresses, quilt covers, and household ornaments.

Different patterns are available.

1. Multi - span independent pattern (360°, 180° patterns are available)

2. Needle bar and press plate are connected by cam-free double-swinging device, which is with high precision and durable. This structure can avoid lubrication and dirty material effectively.

3. Advanced and practical up thread-break detection unit.

4.Computerized automatic needle-lifting speed adjustment .

5. New generation of CNC system,    advanced machine structure, high precision quilting, dispense with too much parameter adjustment or pattern modification during quilting.

6.Easy preparation of CAD drawing .

7. Fault detecting and indication enabling fast fault correction and return operation.

1. After-sale service:

1) Installation & Commissioning: The seller can provide the installation, commissioning 

and training service in buyer's factory, while the buyer needs to pay for VISA application, 

air ticket, accommodation, USD100/day/person as commissioning fee, and (if necessary) 

interpreting fee for seller’s technician. 

2)  After one year, the buyer needs to pay USD200/day/person as service charge, as well

 as the fee of VISA application, air ticket , accommodation, and (if necessary) interpreting 

fee for seller’s technician.

2. Warranty:For the machine above,the seller provides one year warranty starting from the 

moment the seller dispatches the machines. For the detailed guarantee period of each 

part, please refer to the operation manual.Wearing parts,consumption material and the

 damage incurred by the buyer's incorrect operation are out of warranty range.
