Silicon Duckbill Valves
Silicon Duckbill Valves also know as the check valve, silicone duckbill. It's a valve used to prevent the liquid back flow. The
silicon duckbill valve need punching by die tooling after silicone compression molding or LSR injection molding. This is the most
important process to the check valve. It can used for the Medical devices, Food and Beverage, Personal Care.
The working principle of the silicon duckbill valve is also uncomplicated, when the liquid go through the valve, the valve opens.
The opening range of duckbill valve would be increased with the increasing of flow or pressure.When the liquid flow stops,the back
water pressure will press the duckbill valve to prevent liquid back flow.

A: We have 39 sets LSR injection machines and 6 sets compression molding machines.
7. Q: What is LSR?
A: Liquid Silicone Rubber is a non-toxic, heat-resistant and highly resilient flexible thermosetting material. LSR is a double liquid rapid vulcanization material using platinum as a catalyst. It can be injection molded, mass, rapid vulcanization, and repetitive mechanical production. It’s characterized by good thermal stability, cold resistance, excellent electrical insulation properties, and no toxic substances when molding. LSR is a two-component liquid material divided into A component and B component. The mixer works to mix A and B components in a precise 1:1 ratio temperature of 170 to 200 °C.
8. Q: What information needed for customized products?
A: Usually, we would ask customers to offer us 2D&3D drawings for evaluation.
9. Q: What’s the lead time for custom products?
A: For testing mold, the lead time will be about 7-15 days. For production mold, the lead time will be 15-45 days.

A: The materials we’re using are environment friendly.
11. Q: What technics do you have?
A: We have Liquid Injection Molding (LIM), LSR Over-molding, Compression Molding, Oil Spraying, Silkscreen Printing, Pad Printing, Laser Engraving and Assembling.
12. What is LIM?
A: Liquid Injection Molding System is a new molding method, which is realized by using superior characteristic liquid silicone materials and by processing with high precision and stable liquid injection molding machines. Raw materials of agent A and agent B is automatically calculated, from mixing to molding, all processes are finished automatically, which simplify the work, shorten the work time and makes the high quality products simplified.
