1. Check whether all the information in the drawing is correct before testing
2.Calibration gage before test
3.Clean the surface of the part before testing. Complete inspection shall be conducted according to the dimensions marked on the drawing.The qualified products will go to the next procedure. If the unqualified products are detected, the quality inspector will fill in the ticket of defective products, and the defective products will be repaired or abandoned and rebuilt.

How to enjoy the OEM services?
Usually, base on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your
agreement, we produce for you
The maximum X-axle your factory have available?
The maximum four-axis X-axle is CAT-1600.
How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We test product quality from the very beginning to the very end. All the molds, the QC measure with automatic coordinate measuring
machine equipment’s regular.
Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining
progress.
How long can I expect to get the customized sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, and the mould is existing in our factory, the samples will be ready
in 10-15 working days;
If the mould is not existing, we need to open a new mould, the samples will be ready in 15-18 working days; The samples will be
sent to you via express and arrive in 5-8 working days. You can use your own express account number or prepay us if you do not
have an account.
What about the lead time for mass priduction?
Honestly, it largely depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. As usual, 20-35working days will be
ok. If you are very urgent, we will try our best to do it.
