Q1:  What is your sample policy?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

But the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. 

Q2. What about the lead time? 
A:Sample needs 1-5 days, mass production time needs 1-3 weeks for order quantity more than.

Q3. Do you have any minimum order limits for orders? 
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

Q4. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons.

Q5. How do I pay for my purchase?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. We welcome you pay 100% advance also.

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? 
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx , TNT etc. It usually takes 3-10 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q7: Can I print my own brand logo on your product?

A: Yes , We welcome OEM orders base on some quantity.
