PACKING & SHIPPING

Packing:

Common packing and metal or paper box packing for selection(Packing can also be customized).

1. Common packing: products to be packed in OPP bag and then in the bubble bag, then in the export inner & outer carton.
2. Metal or paper box packing: product to be packed in the metal or paper box, then in the export outer carton.

Shipping:

Many friends concern about the shipping cost, normally the goods will send out through DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, FedEx(door to door)

if you do not have a domestic forwarder in China. The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watches models, packing

and shipping method, for sure we will recommend the most economic one to reduce freight cost for you.

Q1. What’s your MOQ?

A1.  For OEM order (customizing logo ect.), according to the different items have

       different MOQ.

       Generally, each item each color cannot less than 1000pcs.

       For online orders, MOQ is 2 pcs per color.

Q2. What's the delivery time?

A2.  For OEM orders, lead time from 30~45 days.

        For online orders, lead time from 3~15 days.

Q3. Do you accept which payment?

A3. For the bigger amount, we could accept T/T by a bank, L/C, Trade Assurance.

Q4. What's the payment terms?

A4. For OEM orders, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

Q5. How to arrange the delivery?

A5. (1) If you have an agent in China, after received the payment, we will delivery the cargos to your agent;

      (2) If you have no agent in China, after you confirm the final orders, we will check the shipping details and cost for you.

Q6. How about the products quality?

A6. All products are inspected by our QC team.

     For OEM products, we could produce depending on your requirement in CE/ROHS/Nickle etc.

Q7. Could I get some samples before making the order?

A7. Sure, samples could be arranged for you to check the quality. Any detail, pls mail us ASAP.

Q8. Are you a factory or trade company?

A8. We are a factory in Dongguan China.
