Production:

1. How much does a sample cost?
For our own hat styles, sample costs USD15.00-20.00/pc(shipping not included), deducted from total amount if order placed;
For custom shapes, sample is free(shipping also not included). And we prefer to have an actual hat sample to copy instead of drawings or picture. Mold charge USD160.00/pc, return when accumulated quantity of the style reaches 1000pcs.

2. What about MOQ?
All our hats are produced according to customers requirements. Our standard MOQ is 300pcs per style(200pcs for black)

3. What is the lead time on sample and bulk?
For samples: 1-10 work days
For bulk: around 35 days in winter and spring, around 50 days in summer and fall depending on the quantity and specificaitons of the order.
