Q: What is your lead time for a sample and and regular orders?

A: Sample available. Customers just pay a little freight cost. Regular order normally 25-30 days after order, except peak production seasons from May through Oct.

Q: What materials can your product be manufactured from?

A: PVC, UV proof high quality, long life span.

Q: What colors are available?

A: Gray, or to be customized for MOQ 1000pcs.

Q: Can we add our logo to this item? If so, where can the logo be added?

A: Yes, printing or iron heat on the ears of the water.

Q: What type of packaging does your company provide? 

A: One pc one plastic bag then into cartons. 

Q: Can the product be packaged as multiples? 2-packs, 3-packs?

A: Yes. Can be flexible as requested.

Q: How many products can you supply per month?

A: 60000pcs.

Q: What will the pricing be for 1000 units? What will the pricing be for 2000 units?

A: Normally customer would reorder 3000pcs, after a first trial. Our products are very competitive on good price and top quality!

Q: When the product is seamed at the factory, is it glued or heat sealed? 

A: Heat sealed to secure water-tight, leak-free.

Q: Can the seam be made larger so the product last a long time?

A. Seam is durable enough. It's based on thickness of the PVC sheet. We manufacture PVC and Tarpaulin products for over 10 years and have mature QC for these products for over 8 years.

Q: Can I have it manufacturered from thicker material?

A: Sure. Different thickness means different cost. Our current spec is the balance of material cost and durability
