4.Q:Can our products with our own logo?

A:Yes, with your logo sewed onto your chair covers, overlays, or print onto the plates, invitation card, other gifts itms. 

5.Q:What is MOQ?

A:For inventory iterms, no mini order quantity, for other iterms, would you please check our specific details for every iterm to get the MOQ. Any special requirement, please talk to us.

A:For sea shipment orders, T/T normally; For small orders by air  or by courier, WEST UNION, pay pal are also available.

A:For reorders, only need to advise us your original order no., we'll find out your original order even it's 5 years before.

9.Q:How to replace or refund?

A:If you find the items with quality problems, you only need to us, the information of order no. shipment date, problem description, quantity and photos are all necessary.After confirmation, you'll get the refund or replacement
