Production process
Our Mirror Acrylic sheet has adopted advanced German automatic production lines, imported British Pilkington glass mould, and precise quality inspection apparatus with virgin material MMA from Lucite and Mitsubishi. and fully accord with standard of ISO9001-2008 quality management system.
Packaging and Shipping
Plastic film and Kraft paper for the acrylic sheet surface protection, the edge gasket cut or not according to customer requirement. 1500kg sheet put on each exporting pallet.
How to identificate the recycled acrylic sheet

1.SEE, the appearance is yellow, especially from the section view.
2.TOUCH, the surface scratches easily.
3.SMELL, recycled acrylic sheet have bad smell strongly when in stock, bad smell when cutting, odor smell, bubble and black smoke when burning.
4.Hot forming process is easily deformed, bubbles.
5.Paint and ink sensitive, easy to crazing and cracking.
6.Easy to turn yellow after lighting.
7.Insoluble, easy to crack.
