New vibratory drum professionally designed by Shantui features more outstanding structural

stability and ultra-high capacity of lubricating oil to ensure the good lubrication and cooling

of vibratory components, thus prolonging service life. The vibratory pump and vibratory

motor from world renowned brands are adopted to ensure reliability and the compacting

performance of the vibration system.

Comfortable Driving/Riding Environment

The design of the streamlined rear hood not only promotes the aesthetics of the whole machine, but also provides the operator with an extensive visual field so that the outer edges of the rear wheels and the rear half of the whole machine are visible to enhance the working safety. The traveling of the machine is controlled by a single lever and the steering of the machine is controlled by a light and handy steering wheel to effectively promote work efficiency and reduce the fatigue of the operator. The vibration operation is controlled by a

one-touch switch and the comfortable and solid seat can be adjusted back and forth. The left and right tilting armrest and retractable seat belt guarantee comfort and safety. The driver’s cab can be optionally equipped with an air conditioner to provide a comfortable work environment. The three-stage damping system relieves the operator from the interference of the vibration source, relieves the fatigue feeling, and promotes better work

efficiency.

Good Maintenance Performance

Large angle opening hood, maintenance-free battery, real-time monitoring of pressures and temperatures, and reasonable arrangement of diesel and working oil tanks enable Shantui rollers to have excellent maintenance performance, shortening downtime, and improving the utilization rate of the machine.
