FEP granules 610B

  Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene resin is the copolymer of TFE and HFP,with good thermal stability,

outstanding chemical interness.

  It is the copolymer of TFE and HFP,with good thermal stability,outstanding chemical interness,

good electrical insulation,and low coefficient of friction, enabling thermoplastic processing methods.

High molecular weight resins of low melt index,with low extrusion temperature,high extrusion.

    Has excellent electrical properties like PTFE because FEP consists of only fluorine atoms and carbon atoms. The chemical resistance capability and mechanical characteristics are the same as ones of PFA, however the heat resistance is lower than PFA.

   Melt-processible fluoropolymer resin specifically designed for high-speed extrusion of thin coatings on small-gauge wires for twisted-pair constructions .

Heat stress cracking resistant plastics, mainly for wire insulation layer, thin-walled tube.

Attention

The processing temperature should not exceed 420°C,to prevent toxic gas from releasing.
