Vacuum cast molding and sand preparation lines are a kind of casting machine also called the vacuum process casting machine can be designed to the simple or huge whole line. At present, it's widely used in the casting field. The process is listed below:

Standard Operating Process
Vacuum process cast molding is a new metal molding technology and only adopts dry sand (no water, binder, tagger). It's automatic by an electric control system.

(1) The casting has high dimensional accuracy, clear contour, and smooth surface.
(2) High metal utilization rate
The V-process casting has a smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy, and small machining allowance. Because the cooling speed of molten metal in the cavity is slow, which is conducive to metal supply, the riser of casting can be reduced, the utilization rate of metal can be increased, the steel casting can be increased by 20%, and the cast iron can be increased by 25%.
