A1:Don't worry, inform us what you want to melt, how about the capacity and your solution/ requirement. we will provide professional proposal for your reference. Overseas service will be provided when installation,commission, and training during using process. until the workers can operate by themselves.
Q2: Are you a trader or producer?
A2: We are manufacturer with 30 years experience, which is specialized in manufacturing all kinds of induction furnace. We can also provided OEM service as customer requirement.
Q3: Which kind of power supply do you supply? Electricity or gas?
A3:The power supply we provide is electricity.
Q4: What is your QC measure?
A4: 1. sound quality system to ensure products quality
2. Process inspection during each step production line
3. All accessories of induction furnace are from well-known brands both China and abroad.
4. Strict test and inspection before leaving the factory and will provide ex-factory inspection report to customer.
Q5: How about the delivery time of induction furnace?
A5: Spare parts will be sent out at most 10 days, and will be sent immediately if it is in stock.
Usually induction furnace will be finished within 30 days once receipt the prepayment.
