gold centrifugal concentrator can be used not only for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation. It is also used to recover gold from the old tailings.

Capacities range from laboratory scale to 150 tons of solids per hour.Beneficiation test shows that the recovery can be 99%,especially for recovering the natural lode ore gold,when 65% Grind size are smaller than 0.074mm,the recovery is expected up to 98%.For 0.004mm size natural gold, the recovery is 97%.
Working principle
In operation, material is fed as a slurry of minerals and water into a rotating bowl that includes special fluidized grooves or riffles to capture the heavies.
Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water is introduced through the multiple fluidization holes in the inner cone to keep the bed with heavy minerals. Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water plays an important role during the separation.
