The extrusion production line mainly produces silicone waterproof LED soft light strip, its principle is to make the LED strip be wrapped with a layer of silica gel automatically, and make the LED soft light strip waterproofed. This production line can achieve solid core (potting), tubular (casing), half tubular (potting shape), double-color neon lights and so on products. The thickness, shape of the silicone layer can be customized accordingly to users’ and optical requirements.
