1. I want to add my own logo or desgin on product, is it ok? Yes, of ourse. We can provide OEM/ODM service. Customers are able to put their own logo or brand on our shoes, and also we can develop and make shoes of customers' design. |
2. How shall we do if order Qty while not reaching your MOQ? a. We can combine orders of same styles from different customers to produce the bulk together. b. We may suggest customers to choose stock shoes if there is any styles available. c. We may increase FOB price due to small QTY. |
3. Do you provide samples? Is it free or charged? We can provide free samples to customers, but the freight should be paid on customers' account. |
4. When can you ship out the goods after receiving our deposit or L/C? The lead time is 25-35 days in off season while 40-60 days in peak season if the styles are old ones, while extra days will be added if the styles are new. |
5. Does your factory pass any audit? Our factory passed the audit of BSCI/ICS/SEDEX, and also customers' audits launched by thrid party. |
6. Where is your company located? How can I visit there? Our company is located in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province. It takes about 30 min. from airport/train station to our company. |
