How it works
1. Cyclic oscillation: This method of operation is also called circular oscillation. It rotates and oscillates 360 ° on the horizontal plane. For example, when it works in this way, the oscillated liquid is vortexed in the container to achieve a uniform effect.
2. Reciprocating oscillation: As the name implies, it reciprocates when oscillating, and uses inertia to oscillate the sample. Why use this oscillation method? Because when the viscosity of the liquid is relatively thick, the effect of this oscillation method is much better than that of convoluted oscillation.
3. dual-function oscillation: that is, the combination of two modes of swing and reciprocating oscillation. Depending on the sample properties and work requirements, you can choose any work method.
Instructions for use
1. Load the test bottle and keep the balance. If it is a dual function model, set the oscillation mode. (See the last picture for detailed settings)
2. Turn on the power and set the timing time according to the scale on the surface of the machine. If you need to work for a long time, set the timer to the "normally open" position.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the constant temperature:
(1) Set the small control switch to the "Settings" section. At this time, the temperature displayed on the display is the set temperature. Adjust the knob to set the temperature you need for your work. (The working temperature you set should be higher than the ambient temperature. At this time, the machine starts to heat up and the yellow indicator light is on, otherwise the machine will not work)
(2) Set the small switch of the control part to the "Measuring" side. At this time, the temperature displayed on the display screen is the actual temperature of the air in the test box. As the air temperature in the box changes, the displayed number will change accordingly.
(3) When the heating reaches your desired temperature, the heating will automatically stop and the green indicator light will be on; when the heat in the test chamber is lower than the temperature you set, a new round of heating will start again.
4. Turn on the oscillation device:
(1) Turn on the oscillation switch on the control panel, and the indicator light is on.
(2) Adjust the oscillation speed knob to the desired oscillation frequency.
5, cut off the power after work, set the speed control knob and temperature control knob to the lowest point.
6. Clean the machine and keep it clean .
Operational Notes
1. The work surface of the machine must not be excessively smooth.
