Production process
There are five persons in this department for making program for the cnc machng machinery,3D printing machinery and vacuum casting,according to the drawings from the customers all around the world.
After cutting the moderate size plastic material or metal materials,and then put them onto the cnc machinery to make all kinds of the models to our customers.
3D printing
3D printing is like the cnc machining,but this production line is only suitable for rubber.We have to make correct models to
customers by the drawings from them.

post-processing
After machining the prototype well,we will make some surface treatment.polished high polishing painting matt painting glossy
electroplating ,anodize sand blasted/sand blasting brushed/wire drawing silk screenlaser engraving

After making well and good post-processing,we have to pack the prducts with air bubble film and wooden case.

1.Are you a factory or trading company?
We aremanufacturer with 16years experiences.
2.How do you make the quality controlling?
Materials and the first sample are inspected by QC department.They will check per parameter list and critical dimensions requested by customers.During processing,we will check the injection molded parts to ensure no any problem.
3.What should you do once we receive defective products?
After receiving defective product,sending us the photos forchecking.Professional engineers and QC departments will solve the problems ASAP.
4.May i know how to pack the model?
At first,we pack them in air bubble film,and then put into one wooden case.
5.Can customers come and visit your factory?
Of course,you can come to our company at any time.There are a big showroom for visitng.
6.what methods do you take for transportation?
