Double-oven Automatic Belling Machine
Automatic Belling Machine is a equipment for processing 50-250mm outer diameter PVC / PE plastic hard pipe flaring. The flaring method is two types of straight flaring and R-shaped flaring. After molding, the mold is vacuum shaped The pipe is externally air-cooled or water-cooled. The equipment is composed of a pneumatic headstock and a tailstock. The headstock is composed of a feeding device, a heating furnace and a flaring station. The rise and fall of the tailstock is completed by an electric mechanism, the heating furnace control system is controlled by an intelligent temperature control meter, and the cooling method is water-cooled and internal vacuum-setting. The forming methods are all adopted to shape the pipe head, and the forming size of the nozzle is accurate. This model can be used in conjunction with the extrusion production line. The whole machine is controlled by Siemens PLC to achieve full-automatic production. Our company can customize and produce various types of full-automatic flaring machines according to customer requirements.
