Product Description
Coco Fiber Extracting Machine is a device that can process coconut shells or palm fruit bunches into palm shreds. When working, the raw materials are placed from the feeding port by a conveyor or manually, and are rotated at high speed by a rotor roller with multiple flying knives. The coconut shell or palm fruit bunches are peeled and opened, and the impurities are separated through the drum sieve, while the fibrous palm silk is directly discharged from the discharge port, and can be connected to the conveying system for the next screening, drying, and packing , crushing and other deep processing.

Direction for use
This machine apply to the fiber processing of coconut, coir, palm & jute, and consist of peeling machine, fiber extracting machine, belt conveyor, rotary screen, coco peat baling machine, drying machine, dust hood etc.
Description of application effect
After the palm is processed by the machine, two materials are produced, palm silk and palm residue. Palm silk can be used in the household industry, etc. After deep processing, palm residue can be used in plant cultivation such as fertilizer.
