Before we were Barakat Quality Plus, we were already experienced chefs working in the UAE’s finest hotels, insisting upon using only the highest quality products, to uphold the exceptional freshness and taste sensations that our unique recipes and our guests deserved. At the time however, the quality and supply of fruits and vegetables imported to the UAE varied greatly, so we decided to take on the task of ensuring that the UAE had access to the finest products at all times. And so we created Barakat. Today we are a passionate heritage business operating in the UAE since 1976. Our team consisting of chefs and foodies dedicated to our craft, with over a 40-year legacy of sourcing, processing and distributing the world’s finest fruit and vegetables. Using our unique in-house developed process for guaranteeing freshness, we supply individuals, families and businesses of all sizes; across the Middle East and international borders with premium raw products and deliciously wholesome food, fresh juice, cut fruits & vegetables, soup & salads, ice creams & ice pops made fresh daily from our very own innovative recipes.
