DER-KE series Oil mist purifier
Scope of application
Purification principle of Oil Mist Collector
Oil mist enters the filter chamber from the inlet and is adsorbed on the gas-liquid sintering mesh.
After aggregation and combination, it slips and sinks the bottom under the action of gravity. And the oil mist is collected and drained to the oil tank through the drain pipe. The remaining small part of the oil mist is completely absorbed by the special primary filter felt at the outlet of the filter chamber, and is same collected into the oil tank. The odorous air discharged from the outlet is adsorbed by the activated carbon in the muffler to eliminate it, and the clean air discharge to the workshop to be recycling.
This product is designed for three-stage filtration. The first stage of filtration is gas-liquid sintering mesh covered with PTFE membrane (polytetrafluoroethylene), smooth surface, strong oil absorption and washable.
The second stage is a special primary filter felt, and the third stage is a high-efficiency activated carbon layer to remove odors. The whole machine with beautiful appearance, easy installation and use and obvious effect of oil fume removal.
