Selection of Electrode Size

Generally, the diameter of electrode recommended is half of the size of broken items.

1. How many days for shipping ?
   The machine could be arranged for delivery within 48 hours after checkingyourfullpayment.It usually takes about 5-7 days for international express DHL/FEDEX/TNT, the accuracy time depends on the express company.


2. Do you offer electrode to support this machine ?
   The electrode belongs to consumable items. We provide brass bar electrode, hexagonal electrode, and sheet electrode with the machine, all of the mare 100mm long, pictures could be sent to you for reference.


3. We have to deal with very small applications in Titanium and tapping sizes from about M1.8mm, is your machine workable?
   The EDM machine is usually used to remove broken taps, broken bolts, broken drills and broken studs sized M2- M48 on conductive materials. The electrode size should be half of the broken tools you need to remove. So the tap of M1.8 is not a  problem.


4. Can I use the machine to process through or blind holes ?
   The processing depth could be preset before it works, which is designed for blind holes. So both through and blind holes is beyond its processing range. The max travel of workhead is 70mm.


5. This machine is only to remove broken taps ?
   This machine could be used to remove broken taps, broken bolts, broken screws, etc., it also could be used to mark or process non-precision holes on metal.
