A: 0.18mm-0.2mm PVC material, weather-resistant, waterproof, fire-retartant, lead free, UV protective.

Q: How to inflate a Helium Balloon?
A: Usually inflate with helium or hydrogen which is lighter than air, so as to fly up in the air, you may contact your local gas supplier for help. Can inflate with just air to use on ground.

Q: How long do we need to refill/add helium gas?
A: Usually 10 to 30 days to add or refill gas depending on design and use environment.

Q: Can we use Helium Balloons in winds?
A: Yes, we make attached harness lines and tether line for you to tie for stability. Anyway, please use depending on actual environment.

Q: Can we use Helium Balloons in rain?
A: Yes, our PVC material and workmanship is waterproof. Anyway, please use depending on actual environment.

Q: Can make with our logo printings?
A: Yes. This is extra charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size (usually $30 to US$300). You may send us high resolution artwork in AI, JPG, PDF or PSD.

Q: What happens if the Balloon punctures?
A: Can simply be repaired by our repair kit (material patches and glue).

Q: Can you send me design sketch to confirm before production?
A: Yes. After you place an order, we can use your custom requirements to make a design sketch, and will start production after your confirmation.

Maintain & Storage:
1. Disinfect and clean the balloon regularly.
2. Check the balloon before using. Any damage, please mend it with repair kit (material patches and glue).
3. After use, please remove sundries outside and inside the balloon.
4. Before packing, make sure the balloon is clean and dry. Then store it in cool and dry place.
