ZH-A10 Multihead Weigher packaging machine

1. ZH-A10 multi-head weigher is developed for precise and high-speed quantitative weighing packaging system . It is suitable for weighing materials of grains , sticks , slice , globose, irregular shape .

2. Main function of weigher

1). Vibrator modifies the amplitude basing on different target to material down more equable and get higher combination rate .

2). Multi-time drop and succeeding drop methods can be selected to prevent puffed material blocking the hopper .

3). Material collecting process system with difference automatic identified and one drag two function can remove unqualified product and deal with material drop signals from two packaging machines .

4).Multi-language operation system can be selected basing on customer’s requests .

3. Parameters of weigher 

Multihead weigher is suitable for grains, sticks, slice, globose, irregular shape products such as candy, chocolate, jelly, pasta, melon seeds, roasted seeds, peanuts, pistachios, almonds, cashews, nuts, coffee bean, chips ,raisins, plum, cereals and other leisure foods, pet food, puffed food, vegetable, dehydrated vegetables ,fruits, sea food, frozen food, small hardware, etc

Linear weigher weighing products are small grains with good uniformity ,such as oatmeal, sugar, salt, seeds, nuts, rice, sesame, milk powder, peas , chocolate balls ,etc .
