New Sullair matching Compressed Air Purification System for industry

Comrpessed Air filter is a purifying equipment, which works with compressed air dryers (refrigerated air dryer or adsorption air dryer) and  air compressor to get the dried and purified compressed air.

Compressed air from air dryers goes into the air filter through its "air inlet", than the element(s) inside the housing aborb dust, oil, contaminent of the compressed, desorb liquid water through the drain, the purfied compressed air goes out to the pipe through its"air outlet".

NOTE:
(1)Filter efficiencies have been established in accordance with CAGI standard ADF 400 and are based on 100°F(38℃).
(2)Filter efficiencies have been established in accordance with CAGI standard ADF 500 and are based on 100°F(38℃).

• Grades: totally 5 grades--HF9,HF7,HF5,HF3,HF1 with different precision.


• Corrosion resistant cores:Stainless steel for added structural integrity,Low resistance to flow,Seam welded for extra strength.


• New housing with compact design,it can be series-parallel connection in order to save spaces.


• Optional parts:auto-drain,pressure indicator,differential pressure gauge,and liquid indicator.


• Piston type elements to housing seal:prevents unfiltered air through filter directly.


• New “matrix blended fiber”media:Large,effective surface area_inproves capture rate-ensures high efficiencies,Large open area minimizes pressure drop Coated,closed cell form sleeve:Resists chemical attack from oils and acids;Ensures high efficiencies by preventing re-entrainment of coalesced liquids.


• Chemically resistant end caps bound to media with specially formulated adhesive silicone free.

When the pressure is not 7kgf/cm², please use the flow of the following list, then ÷ the correction factor of the filter's min. inlet  pressure. Don't choose the filter according to the pipe connection, should choose according to the actual flow needed.
