Product Description
Full automatic hepa air filter making machine adhesive active carbon filter hot melt glue
hot melt glue is designed as an EVA or APAO or polyamide based hot melt glue used for bonding the pleats or folds of air or car filters (pleating of filter paper). It is applicable for bonding nonwoven with nonwoven or nonwoven with plastic. It is with excllent bonding strength, good temperature resistance, and without vertical flow.

Shanghai Rocky Adhesives Co.,Ltd, starts the production of adhesives since 1995. Up to now, we owns two factories with advanced production equipment and detection instrument. The Shanghai factory has a workshop of more than 10,000 square meters with annual productivity of 20,000 tons. The Chengdu factory has a workshop of more than 30,000 square meters with annual productivity of 50,000 tons of adhesives. Rocky is one of the most largest production bases of high grade hot melt adhesives and water based adhesives.Its customers can be found in 31 provinces around China. Meanwhile, its products have been exported to Russia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Middle East, South America, etc
Quality Control
Shanghai Rocky Adhesives Co.,Ltd. has passed the certification of ISO9001:2015 quality management system and has formulated HSE Standard management system(healthy, safe, eco-friendly). Its water based and hot melt adhesives were tested and identified by authentication and ITS, which are accordant with contents of 58 kinds of SHVC specified by European Chemicals Agency, REACH regulation and RoHS and do not contain phthalic ester, heavy metal, toxic substances and substances harmful to the ozone layer etc
