VR10 is a vertical line array speaker system created for events that require high-quality answers to the following requests: visual subtlety and compact dimensions, innovative output/size/weight ratios as well as quick and easy handling.

VERA S30 subwoofer is available where stronger bass output is required. Of these, S30 dual 15 inch subwoofers with their flying systems integrate especially well with VR10, offering a visually subtle bass extension when flown above or stacked below the tops where floor space for woofers is unavailable.

We mount one D3 customized 1800W+900W+900W at 4 ohms three way class-D DSP powered amplifier module in S30 cabinet box. The 1800W channel to driver the S30, and 900W+900W two channel to driver two top VR10 Bi-amped line array speakers.

2. The mid-high horn with 80° horizontally coverage, developed using WaveFormer, is easy to exchange for a 120° element.

Service, Return & Warranty

Warranty Period:

The warranty period is as below:

Power Amplifiers - 2 Years;

Powered Speaker Modules - 2 Years;

Line Array and Speakers - 2 Years.

The warranty period will commence on the date of original purchase . The damage by human action or force majeure shall not be contained in the warranty scope .

Terms of Service:

We don't provide spare parts for sample orders; for big order or regular orders, we will put some components of the amplifiers; diaphragms, recone kits and interbal filter of speakers which may be damaged following delivery.

Within the warranty period, we'll be responsible for repair or replacement for any defected or damaged products free of charge. But it is only for damaged components, if you want the complete boards for swap, you should pay.

For over service lifetime, we'll be responsible for repair and only charge for the replaced components.

Shipping Costs:

Sanway Audio will cover the shipping costs of sending replacement goods out for all valid warranty claims, The user will cover the shipping costs of returning the defective goods.

The user will cover the shipping costs for non-warranty service goods to and from Sanway Audio or an Authorized Service Representative.
