1. Hospital Autoclave Sterilizer For  Medical Waste Treatment Operating Principle

• Load medical waste into autoclave bins and move the bins into autoclave;
• Start automatic sterilization process of the medical waste at 134°C (273°F) and 0.22Mpa (32Psi) for microbial inactivation (the sterilization temperature and period can be adjusted as per local regulation);
• Move out the autoclave bins after sterilization;
• Load the sterilized waste to shredder by an automated dumper;
• The sterilized and shredded waste is harmless and can be disposed as house waste by landfill or other process.

Autoclave sulfur still: it is mainly applied to sulphidization and rubberizing in chemical industry and rubber industry; vacuum high-temperature sterilization, vacuum package and food sterilization in food service industry. The Autoclave can also be applied to straw steaming, sterilization and dehydration, dehydration and preservation of vegetables and plant food, vacuum high-temperature sterilization in other industries. 

Autoclave can also be adopted for yarn steaming in textile industry.
