      TPO thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof membrane is typically based on polypropylene and EP( ethylene-propylene) rubber polymerized together using state-of-the-art polymer manufacturing technology. This technology enables the production of TPO membranes that are flexible at low temperatures without the use of polymeric or liquid plasticizers. Suitable for ballasted roof, mechanically fastened roof and hydraulic works, buried ( underground ) roof garden systems, swimming pools, canals, dams and reservoirs.

     TPO waterproof membrane uses advanced polymerization technology to combine ethylene propylene rubber and polypropylene. It has the excellent weather resistance and durability of ethylene propylene rubber and the weldability of polypropylene.

     The special formulation technology does not need to add any plasticizers that can easily make the material brittle. It has high flexibility and does not produce the phenomenon that general polyolefin materials become brittle due to the transfer of plasticizers, maintaining long-term waterproof function.

There is a layer of polyester fiber fabric in the middle, which provides high tensile performance, fatigue resistance and puncture resistance of the coiled material, which is suitable for mechanically fixed roofing systems.

     Excellent high and low temperature resistance, still maintain flexibility at -40 ℃, and maintain mechanical strength at higher temperatures.

     Chemical resistance, acid, alkali, salt, animal oil, vegetable oil, lubricating oil corrosion, resistant to the growth of algae, mold and other microorganisms

      Heat-resistant aging, good dimensional stability.

      Light gray mainly white, smooth surface, high reflectivity, energy saving effect and pollution resistance.

      The composition does not contain chlorinated polymers or chlorine gas, and no chlorine gas is released during welding and use, which is harmless to the environment and human health

       The lap joint uses thermal welding to form a high-strength sealing layer.
