Product Description
VRM vertical roller mill
VRM vertical mills are also commonly referred to as roller mills, medium speed mills, etc. in different industries. The models are characterized by crushing, grinding, drying and grading, and can be used for various types of moisture, properties and hardness. The pulverization of the material to the required particle size is ideal for the current milling industry.
Introduction of Raymond mill
Raymond mill often is used to grind the mineral ores in the powder production line,and the hot-sale models are 3R 780, 3R 3016, 3R 1410, 4R 3216, 5R 4119, 5R 4128, whose finished fineness is between 100-325 meshes while the capacity is 1-200t/h.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Material is broken by jaw crusher firstly into required size, which are carried by bucket elevator up to storage hopper, again by feeder quantitative into host cavity for grinding, host cavity support in the plum flower rack roller device rotation around the center axis, roller under the action of centrifugal force, horizontal swing outward, so that the roller compaction of ring, roller grinding roller rotation around at the same time.
Feature
1. Compared with other mills, its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same power condition, and compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kgf under the force of high-pressure spring.
2. Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) –0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
3. High Pressure Suspension Mill meets the requirement of national dust-dump standard.
4. The separator can be adjusted very easily.
5. The multi-class seals are adopted to keep the grinding equipment tightly closed.
