A:The samples will be ready for 7~25 days by UPS, FEDEX, DHL or TNT.

A: Four times qualities, first is material incoming inspection, second is the manufacturing progress inspection, the third is
final total function quality inspection, the fourth is packing inspection, the defective faulty rate will be less than 0.2%, the
defective products will be recalled and returned to us within guarantee period, we will provide the necessary vulnerable spare parts together with the normal order and fireplaces.
