Log washer is designed for washing plastic heavy clay which is difficult to wash.such as manganese ore washing,alluvial coltan ore and tin ore washing,hematite ore washing,etc.
Work principle of Log washer

Generally the log washer is twin shaft structure,the washing blade are bolted on the spuds welded to the log shaft.Log washer is driven by two motors, these two log shafts rotate in opposite directions,the two log shafts are timed to obtain overlap of washing blade for maximum the scrubbing action.The washing blade mounted on the log shaft has a strong cutting effect on the mud mass, which can effectively break down and dissolve the mud mass, while stirring and scrubbing the ore, which can effectively remove the clay which attached the ore and has a significant washing effect.
