Face Mask Making Ear Loop Face Mask Spot Ultrasonic Welding Machine
designed for all kinds of mask making which including KN95 mask, C shape, cup shape, disposable mask etc. This machine is an idea machine that match with other mask making machine to meet high production efficiency, simple operation and stable quality.
Spot welding machine can be operated by one worker and the on-off of the spot head welding controlled by foot pedal. Time of welding can be adjusted based on different kinds of mask materials which can be realized by adjusting the relay inside of cylinder or by adjusting the air pressure. Low energy consumption, ultrasonic only available working in the precise area of the welding part. Meanwhile, operation of this machine no need preheating and head preservation.
Used for various types of face mask ear loop welding and the welding of ear loop of non-woven masks.

We are mainly supply with shoe making machine and bag making machine. We have our warehouse and selling team in China. Our warehouse is taking up about 1200 square meters. And we have a physical store which takes up about 200 square meters. Our main products are leather cutting machine, sewing machine, and all kinds of shoe making machines.We are also agent of new JUKI sewing machine and reconditioned Italian Atom Leather cutting machine, embossing machine, oil edge machine, skiving, splitting and hammer punching machine, together with other brand, such as Camoga and Fortuna leather machine, embossing machinery and other related shoes making machinery. We can provide full set machines for shoe factory and bag/case luggage making factory.

A: We offer ex-factory cost, you can send the machines to your Chinese agent warehouse.
Q2: What is your payment term?
A: Usually 30% deposit by TT in advance, balance payment before shipment. For more information, please contact us directly.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A: It usually takes 3-7 days to customize machines. It will be ok to deliver within 2-3 days if there is stock, please confirm
with us before order.
Q4: How will you protect the machine during the transportation?
A: Normally we will pack the machines in wooden case to ensure the machine is in good protection during the long way
transportation.
Q5: Do you test the machines before delivery?
A: We will arrange the machine test before delivery and we will send the working video for you to check.
Q6: How long is the warranty time?
A: Our warranty for new machine is one year, but do not include the easy-damaged parts. If you need more spare easy-damaged parts as backup, please confirm with us when order confirmed.
Q7: Is it ok to visit your factory before order?
A: Yes, welcome to visit us before order. You can check if the machines are ok for you during the visit, if you needed, we can show the working of the machines to you in field.
