The Parallel twin screw extruder is widely used to produce the modification and filler material, fiber reinforced color masterbatch material, rubber and plastic co-mixing material, functions masterbatch; various kinds of cable material, powder coating material, elastomer material, etc.

There are special designed models to enlarge the L/D ratio up to 56-64:1, which is popularly used to extrude the rubber and plastic, TPU, TPV reactive extrusion and UHWMP swelling and dissolve extrusion. The parallel twin screw extruder can work together with relevant auxiliary machines to produce special products such as PE film, PET Sheet, degradation sheet and synthetic paper, etc
